I purchased a canon camera bundle which included software. Only the camera shipped. The software showed back ordered. I called yesterday and was told it would ship today. I just called again and now it is cancelled! No explanation except they could not fulfill the order! So, they only shipped part of the bundle!! Anyone else have this problem? This is a gift but now I am not going to give it. Now I have 1 day to find another camera. It's cheaper elsewhere for just the camera and no bundle. Why on earth would I keep this "no bundle" camera for extra money? Thanks, qvc!

I tried. No luck. I keep getting the run around. My review was deleted and all of my comments on questions/answers were deleted also. I have written several times. I have been told the software was back ordered, then cancelled, could not fulfill order, was placed in original packing slip, is being requested from warehouse and last, but not least, sent to corporate. I think they messed up and are unwilling to admit it. They apparently sold something they did not have. Read this quickly, for they will probably delete this also. They are obviously hiding something.
