Canon PowerShot ELPH 150 20MP Digital Camera with HD Video

I am pretty confused about this product. Amazon has this for $99 free s/h. Canon site has for $99 w/$12 s/h. On QVC it does not have very good reviews. On Amazon there are great reviews. Is the camera here new or refurbished? This is supposedly a "new" item by Canon. Wonder why price is higher on QVC?

Prices are almost always higher at QVC than Amazon. I order from Amazon all the time. If it were refurbished it would say so. I don't believe QVC would sell a refurbished item.

Do you live near a Target store? They also have it for 99 bucks. At least there is no shipping charge.
