Cannot read product reviews of various products when using QVC iPAD App

I cannot read the reviews for all the various products presented on QVC when I use the Q App for iPad. Is it just me? I thought I used to read them, but maybe I am wrong. Also, i do not know why we cannot see video presentations of previously aired items on the Q App when we can see videos of previously aired items on HSN App for iPad.
