Cannot print off emails or open - it is saying not setup under Microsoft

I have emails to look at and print off and it is saying my office 2010 is not setup. To activate I need the pass key code from when I bought it and I have no idea where it is.

If I forward the emails to someone else as an attachment can they see them?

I have estimates coming in for my tree damage and can't open them to look at. I tried moving them but it is still saying I need the MS setup.

I also have the pictures I took for the damage and tried to put them in a doc but that's not working either.

Yes, if you forward your emails, the attachment will be included and the person receiving that email will be able to open the attachment.

Don't know why you need a passcode to print your emails.  That sounds weird.

I'm assuming, of course, that you did set up your computer or laptop with a printer.  If your printer is WiFi, then you should be able to print from anywhere in your home.

If it's a wired printer, then your computer or laptop would need to be plugged in to the printer in order to print.

Adding:

to add photo to Word doc you can do 1 of 2 things:

open new Word doc,

click "insert",

click "insert from file", then it will allow you to browse for the photo you want to insert.

When you find what you want to insert, there will be a command (either "open" or "insert"), click on that and photo should show up in your Word doc.  OR

go to the photo you want to put in Word document,

RIGHT click on the photo and select "copy image".

Then go to Word document and click on "paste".

IF your photo is in an email and NOT actually "in" your computer, then you have to download the photo.

In your email - probably under the photo - it should say "download all" OR "download as zip folder".

Click on either one and wait til it downloads.

THEN click on the downward-facing arrow that is on the right hand side at the top of your browser. Click on that arrow and you'll find the file that was just downloaded

Drag that file to your desktop

Double click on file to open it

Your photo(s) will be there

You can then drag the photos to your desktop
