Cannot get any CNN videos to play-any thoughts?

I use a Apple IPAD Air Generation 3.  I have no problems getting videos to play on other web sites like You Tube, QVC, USA Today but CNN videos absolutely will not play. I click on the arrow in the video and it immediately turns from white to red and then nothing.  ANyone got any ideas?

Who is your cable company? You may want to use the app provided by your cable company.

          @KathyPet, I can view their videos on my iPad 3 (iOS, 9.3.5 [my old iPad no longer can update to newer iOS versions]) and iPhone 5 (iOS v. 10.2).   There is a delay after tapping the play arrow, so be sure to wait and see if it actually works.   I see older comments online about problems viewing those specific videos with Safari on a computer but the issue didn't involve mobile devices.   If you have the latest iOS, and you've done the usual "housekeeping" (close apps running in background, go to settings and clear Safari history/website data) and still have a problem you might try the CNN app in the App Store.
