I have a few old games designed for Windows 95 and 98. I am now using a Windows 8 computer. I am afraid if I try to play it, it might damage my computer. Is it ok to try it or should I throw the old games away?

I have a similar problem. I had a wonderful Scrabble software package that I played for years on my MacBook pro. Once I update to Sierra, I can no longer play this wonder version. Nor can I find a replacement. I'm sad.

I had a game I liked to play, however, it is no longer available to download so I can only play it on the old pad where I had it originally.

That has nothing to do with playing an old game on a new computer. Most won't play because they aren't compatible with the new operating system.
