My daughter receive this as a gift from boyfriend. He was telling her (plus I saw presentation) that it had codes for 3 free months of music & 2 audio books. Where does she find codes? Nothing on or in the box. Could you please help.

They were on a paper card that came inside the package, not inside the Echo Dot box. It was a double-sided card, larger than a postcard, and one half had the Music Unlimited code and the other half had the Audible code. I remember there was some blue and gold on the card.

I looked at the item# description & read some of the questions & answers. There should be a card inside the box for activation plus a card with code for a skin for it to Skinit. If yours did not come with it you need to call QVC.

That music promo is a QVC one.  Amazon is responsible for the last 30 days, QVC providing the 1st two.

You need to CALL QVC CS to get your card if yours are missing.  The codes are ON THE BACK of this card.....
