I know about as much about computers (maybe even less) as I do about cars. I know how to use them, but can't fix them.
Anyway, according to the 'source' info, it seems the page I get when I go to the HSN site is in the 'mobile' view - as in what you would see on a phone. How in the world I did that (and I must have) is beyond me. It is only on that one site. QVC is still normal.
Can anyone tell me how I could get the HSN page back to normal? I understand there is a reset, but if I do that I think it would go back to what the whole system was when I got it. I DO NOT want to do that.
There are some here who know quite a bit about computers.I appreciate any help any of you in the know can give.

I used to occasionally get a mobile app on the QVC website. At the bottom on the page on the right were the tiny words "full/mobile". To get out of mobile mode, I'd just click on " full". Hasn't happen to me for a long time.

First try restarting your CB and see if that will bring it into desktop mode.
Also try going to settings and do this:

@Kachina624 and @SilleeMee , thank you both so much for your responses! This has been going on for about 2 weeks or so and I have no clue as to why. I didn't even know such a thing was possible.
So, guess what - last night, I finally decided to reach out for help from posters here who are often so knowledgable and helpful, shut my Chromebook down, opened it this morning and viola! The HSN site now is back to normal !!! I have no idea why. I certainly didn't do anything different from any other day, but I am so happy it's back!!
Again, thanks to both of you for reaching out to help me.
I will refer back to this post if that happens again.

What you did was restart your CB and that launched it back to desktop mode when you turned it back on.
