Broken glass on pandigital ereader

I set my black pandigital up to use as a slide show. I also had the gel cover on it so it was a tight fit to place it in the stand. Someone bumped the table it was sitting on and it fell and broke. I bought it on 9/29/2010. QVC told me to contact pandigital. I have tried for a month and they have not contacted me. I am very disappointed with pandigital and QVC for not finding a solution for me. Does anyone know what I should do?
