Boost Mobile Service

Good morning, just wanted to know if anyone who has boost mobile gets charged an extra 5.00 a month for taxes even though your on a 55.00 a month or 50.00 a month plan. I thought the taxes were included. I paid my second payment at the boost store so I'm wondering how is my plan ever going to shrink if they keep charging me the extra 5.00.
