@gadgetgal613  I have done that....and he answers the same way I do....so I am quite confused as to what is the problem...that is why I thought maybe it was his finger tips that was not 'activating' the answer button.

@Mom2Dogs - I got a Moto Power G this past summer and I have the same problem.  Not with just answering but with several of the buttons.  I tap, and tap, and tap, and nothing happens.  Particularly when trying to open the camera.  It's VERY frustrating.  My hands are about the size of a 10 year old  boy.  I have found using my thumb to tap vs index finger helps.  (I am not a double thumb phone user).  I have most recently had LG phones and not had this problem.  Years ago I bought a handset that plugs into the audio jack on a cell phone.  Just like the old landline ones with the curly cord.  But obviously that is not something you can carry around with you.  :-)

 

Hope you find a solution. I finally decided Moto phones have a touch screen problem.
