I would just like to thank everyone (you know who you are) who have been such a big help to me with my electronic devices. I am not tech savvy at all and need lots of help. I have learned so much from all of you. You never make me feel like a question is dumb or that I'm a big loser! People are always so nice in offering a solution to my problems.I just want to thank you all once again!

The world of technology in 2015 is so vast that no one should EVER be embarrassed about asking a question.
I say Thank YOU Jordan2 for asking for help that we all need now and then.
When a question has been asked, we cal ALL learn from the answers.

I agree - life is so much easier, when we just share information.  I've learned a lot of things on these boards.

I spent 25 years in I.T. and on my very first training course for programming, the instructor said "the only stupid question, is the one you don't ask".  During one session he was using an acronym that I'd never heard of and he stopped and said "Does everyone know what this is?"  No one raised a hand, so I thought "Well, I don't..." and I said so.  It turned out not one of my classmates knew either, but none of them wanted to admit it!

I've never been afraid to ask a question or admit when I don't know something.  How else do we learn?
