BOSE Flex Speaker

[ Edited ]

I purchased the BOSE Flex Bluetooth Speaker just before summer last year.  I've only used it about 10 times.  However, I've noticed a problem with the length of time it stays charged.

Its supposed to hold a charge for up to 8 hours.  I'm LUCKY if I've ever gotten 3-4 hours from it though.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?

When I bought it, I'd planned to get a 2nd to pair with it, but I'm not willing to buy another like this.😔

You need to call Bose customer service today and get started on a fix. They're pretty good at accepting responsibility.

Thanks for this information.🌸. I didn't even know this was an option.  I'd read so many good reviews of this speaker, I wondered how they could be so great with this problem.

The legnth of time a product holds a charge depends on how it's used.  What the manufacturer claims is never correct.

And things like the volume it's played at affects the charge time also. If you're playing it louder than they tested it at, then you'll get less play time. Manufacturers tend to give "best-case" options for battery life. In the real world, things seldom line up with their estimate.
