It's happening on the Acer Netbook which is running WinXP.

I've never seen this message before and cannot figure out what to do to make this stop.

What does this mean and what is necessary to stop this?

It repeatedly asks if I want to stop running scripts on every page since signing in today.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated as always!
