Yes - BUT - remember the Kindle is front lit.. all these other devices that run the Kindle app are back lit so there is more glare on your eyes. That is why you can read on the Kindle much longer without eyestrain.

I haven’t used my Kindle in years. I read on my iPhone or one of my iPads with the free Kindle app. Lots of free reading if you’re a Prime member. Plus sign up for daily book deals on Early Bird Books and Book Bub. Both offer books every day very inexpensively & some for free.

If you like to read outdoors, don't use your iPad. The screen has a terrible glare making it almost impossible to see anything.
