I have been getting weerid reedings for the passed few days I called Apple several times. I reset the watch and the phone. In my call this moring I learned that it is a know issue and it ignore it. I have been making myself crazy reading these figures

I haven't noticed anything strange going on with the sleep function, but the "flights climbed" reading on my Apple Watch has been wacko since day one. I just ignore it, since I don't care about flights climbed, only the number for steps. Sorry to hear about your issue.

I haven't noticed anything different either. My flights climbed has never been correct either. I go up the stairs multiple times a day and somehow it counts as only 1 flight.

@Meowingkitty  LOL mine is exactly the opposite.  Single story house with a finished attic room that I don't visit most days.  Depending on which door I use to exit the house I go up and down a step or two. But the watch seems to think I'm climbing stairs all day!

I have made the decison to stop sleeping with my watch on and lets see how the sleep goes for a few nights
