Apple Keynote address today (Monday)

I wonder what Apple has to announce today? I love following it every year on CNET. Starts at 1:00 Eastern.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

No hardware announcements were made today. They talked about the newest operating system and updates to the mobile operating system.

Re: Apple Keynote address today (Monday)

I am going to watch the replay of the conference this weekend. But from what I have read they are updating both the iPhone/iPad operating system platform, as well as the computer operating system platform. The computer will have the most updates, to lament even more like the iPhone/iPad experience. There will be even more syncing between the two, especially in using the iCloud service to be able to access documents on both. Plus you will be able to access your phone from your computer, which means you can make calls from your computer. I am glad that I have gone everything apple (phone,,pad, computer) because these enhancements will make everything in sync more than they already are. Plus.....both operating systems will be offered as FREE upgrades to those with existing devices.

Re: Apple Keynote address today (Monday)

I followed most of the keynote on cnet and am going to watch the replay also this weekend. I love that we'll be able to receive non Apple texts on iPads and my Mac now. I don't have my phone ""hooked to my hip"" when I'm at home as we have a landline. It might be hours and I'll look and see that I have a text from someone who doesn't have an iPhone. Now that text will show up on my iPad and Mac. I'm thrilled about that.
