Anyone use Nuance?

I needed a PDF program that allows me to edit documents so I got Nuance Converter Pro 8 which has a lot of nice features. It was easy to download. However, it does not have certain crucial advanced editing tools I really need. I tried to uninstall the program, which seemed simple but it's still there.

Does anyone have any tips about uninstalling software? Does anyone know if I could somehow get the editing tools I need added to what I have if I can't get rid of it? I may not be able to check back until tomorrow evening but any replies will be much appreciated. Thank you. Smiley Happy
