Anyone Having Trouble With A Pandigital Refund?

I know they were liquidated and bought by another company but I was assured as late a month ago that I would receive a refund on the Super Nova tablet. I have sent in copies of receipts to a management company located in California that is supposed to be handling the tablet cases. Anyone else?
