I was interested in this tablet for my grandson, When I pulled it up I noticed 2.9 stars on reviews. I have tried numerous times to get to the reviews to see why it rated so low, and it pulls up but before you can read it,,,,poof! reviews are gone.
I will now not be ordering knowing there are negative reviews that I am unable to access. Can't help but wonder if review unavailability is intentional.

As a suggestion, I would go to the Amazon website and read the reviews that are located on their site.
It's the same tablet.

Maybe you could google 'Amazon Fire tablet reviews', there are many review sites that may have some helpful reviews that you can actually read.

Why not check out reviews on Amazon. Btw, I bought this from Q a couple of months ago. It's a fantastic deal on a great little tablet.

@FLtricia If you use the QVC app you can see all reviews there. QVC does this all the time with hiding reviews on their website but the app always shows the reviews with no problem.

I ordered two of the new 7 inch tablets for my nieces. I have read the reviews and they are mixed but, I found them mostly good about the tablet. I also went to youtube and they give the device very good reviews. The fire tablets always make the list in the best budget tablets. My nieces are 7 and 9 and they will be the first devices they ever had. I also have had the 10 inch and the 8 inch back in 2015 and enjoyed them. In fact I might order another one for myself because my Samsung tablet which is much more expensive is beginning to lag and have other issues. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

You can always restore to factory specs and refresh your tablet. Back up your data before you do a restore. It will make it run like new'

Go to Amazon and read the reviews. You can look at the specs and compare the features of all the Fire tablets.

Good morning! I just wanted to give a update. My Samsung tablet died so I decided since I have a phone I will get a inexpensive tablet and I did indeed get the "all new fire 7 inch" in the plum color. I like it a lot. However when I said I checked about it on youtube I meant on my other device. There is a way to install youtube on a fire so I will find out about that. There is a way to install the google play store but, we do not need it because we have amazon prime. Have a good day everyone!

It has twice the storage from the first one I had back in 2015 and it is thinner. The resolution is much better and they added a night mode now which I had on my Samsung tablet which I was surprised to see. I really like it .. it seems to be very durable too. For the money it is a very nice tablet. [and hands free Alexa.] and with my prime account it makes it even better. So this is not the same tablet they [amazon] have made some improvements.
