I activated my new phone which was easy, but when I tried to call my own landline I get a message that I am roaming and need to enter a pin #. I have had at least 6 different Tracfones over the years with no issues. I tried customer support but couldn't get through. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm not real phone savvy. Thanks.

This happened to me once when activating a Tracfone and it actually had not yet finished the activation process. I waited 20 min., turned it off and on, then tried a call and it worked fine. HTH, good luck; it can be so frustrating sometimes!
You can tell online when it is activated on your account page.
