Please dont send one to an elderly person, they are very challenging to use. I was given one and they use a third party company to issue them. When I tried to use it, they were "closed", but QVC was open. I was shocked, called the number and they said we show zero balance. I then called QVC and they said, oh no we show the fifty dollars. I would try to use it repeatedly and it would not process and QVC and their third party Egift people batted me back and forth many times. I was extremely angry because I had to contact the person who gifted me to question if they really paid for it, or if they had over charged it on a card or something. Finally got super upset called QVC corp and they made it right and even added $25.00 to my "account". OK, the point is, there were plenty of bumps in the road and you have to be tenacious.
