4k tv and firestick ?

Just got a new 4k uhd TV---is todays TS, the firestick, ok for it or would it just be overkill.

It looks to me that you get different channels that you may not get with your cable provider.

If you have a 4k smart tv,or any smart tv, you dont need a firestick.  You already have acsess to all these apps on your tv.  Also remember, you need to pay a monthly subscription fee for some of these apps like Netflix and Hulu.  If you have Amazon Prime, you can see most of their movies and series for free which are included in your prime membership

Does anyone know if the Firestick has Movies Anywhere app or if it can be downloaded? Thanks.

It does have Movies Anywhere and your Movies Anywhere movies will show up on the "Your Videos" tab.
