So, I ordered internet and a landline phone (I'm old school) from Verizon Fios for my apartment. It's only me, the guy on the phone tried to sway me to get the 500mbps instead of the 300mbps I ordered. I told him I read that the 300mbps will be sufficient for me. I then noticed I was charged $49.99 instead of the $39.99 stated on their website (a long story I started my order online but had a problem and finished the order over the phone). Also if you enroll with auto paperless billing you save $10. Do they raise the price of something by $10 so they're really not giving you a discount? Also if you order online you get free installation, if you don't know that and order by phone, we'll too bad.
