Would Love to See a Petite Short

I love Denim and Co, especially your petite sizes. As I get older, I keep getting even more petite. Received a catalog today that showed they are now offering petite short in full length pants. They are two inches shorter than their regular petite. Any chance D&Co would consider something similar? I'm currently spending almost the price of the garment on hemming. Thank you so much. Love your clothes.

Quacker Factory has always had short but not petite sizes. The leg length is shorter but the rise is the same as the regulars. I personally despise them.

I have their older version which have tapered legs. Short pants look better tapered than wide. Wish they would go back to those, mine are dead. Fabric is too thick now too. How about a crinkled material for summer? I do hem my own pants though.

I buy petite pants and petite short pants from Appleseeds. Appleseeds is the only place that I know of that sells both petite lengths. Yes, they send out catalogs.

Appleseeds has great sale prices, great styles and they offer bonuses and send free gift certificates for $20 to their customers who sign up for their rewards program.

Why would D&C offer the same pants and why would you just not buy from Appleseeds? Appleseeds has better prices and better styles.

I no longer buy D&C petite pants. I find they are not true petite sizes. They just sell the same pants with shorter legs...and the crotch hangs way too low.

@nascarfan QF does not make petite sizing. They just offer a shorter version of their regular sizes. They only shorten the hem.

Petite sizes are adjusted narrower through the shoulders, shorter torso, shorter inseam, higher kneecaps, shorter sleeves and higher arm holes.

As far as I am aware, Appleseeds is the only company that sells two versions of petite sizings. They offer a shorter petite for those under 5' tall and under and petite for those up to 5'3".
