Gary:  Where have all the perfect jersey, short sleeved, V-neck tops gone?  I personally prefer these.  They hold their shape washing after washing.  Favorite jersey is O.K. in hot weather.   Everything seems to be coming up "linen" or "linen blend."  Have you noticed the wrinkles on this fabrication when some of the garments are modeled?  Sit down, bend your arms, stand up, and the garment is wrinkled. As for all cotton tops, I find these lose their shape and/or may need ironing.   Please, just return to some of the "normally" styled perfect jersey tops.

@Q-CUSTOMER   I agree with you about cotton tops. 100% cotton tee shirts are the worst. Even washing them on cold does not prevent them from shrinking a couple of inches in length and losing their shape. I had this discussion with a sales associate in Talbots. She pretty much agreed and she said they make them that way because of all the women who demand 100% cotton. I just don't get it. I told her that I only buy these shirts when Tabots puts them on sale for $14.99 because they are pretty much done after one wash.

Not my experience. I only wear all cotton. Cannot stand the blended fabrics w stretch as they are heavy and don't breathe.

I agree! i miss the Perfect Jersey tops...I still have one from years ago and it has maintained its shape and its color. I have bought many of them over the years. The 5% spandex makes all the difference in the cotton holding its shape and not strecthing out. Wish they would make tees witih this fabrication again. I just don't buy the all cotton ones; waste of money.

I have no problem with cotton.  That's all I wear.  Polyester is too hot and creates electricity on me.

I always prefer Cotton and have no problem w/washing.  It hasn't shrunk for me either.  Been wearing cotton for years.
