@RealtyGal2   I found the right chart and measured one of my own shirts to be sure. Of course, I find out that I'm really between two sizes so I chose the medium instead of the large.... I wash my clothes in cold water and hang them all to dry anyway.  I 'm not tiny so I don't like my shirts to be too"blousy and big." I'll see how it goes....this may be the beginning or the end to ordering clothes this way.  I think that pants would to be a big problem to order like this.  I suppose that's why there's so many stretchy, pull on options on QVC.
