A70851 D&C Pedal Pushers

I see some new reviews on this pedal pusher and comments on the huge leg opening. If someone has a new pair could you measure the leg opening and post here.  I have measured the ones I have and the measurement matches the posted for the garment measurements.  Perhaps they have changed the opening size but not updated the item page.  Smiley Frustrated  They are large enough at the 21" I have and do not want to order more if indeed the leg opening has increased.
