@NYCLatinaMe That's exactly what I have done for more than 20 years and never had this situation before. I think it's my internet provider.

@loriqvc wrote:@Nonametoday - If you click "Watch Live" from the homepage using a computer, you see the current live programming on the QVC main channel. If what you see on your TV screen at the same time is different, the TV programming is not live. The only thing I can think of that would support this difference is if you are possibly watching QVC2 rather than QVC on your TV. At 8:42 a.m. Eastern Time when you originally posted, QVC2 would have still been showing recorded programming rather than live programming. Is it possible you were watching QVC2 instead of QVC on your TV?
@loriqvc I know exactly how to do this. I am clicking on Watch QVC and I have the main channel and it's different. I think it's something wrong with my internet provider. I just changed from AT&T to something that cost me $200 less each month

@loriqvc 8:42 a.m. was (in my area) CST, Leah's regular program hosted by Ali which I was getting on my TV; however, on the internet I was getting the same item but by someone totally different and went Ali went to gold on TV, that same woman was talking about Lug bags on my internet. I think it's my new provider has issues.

@Nonametoday I edited my post to indicate the the 4PM host is Julia (with Rick), not Ali. Ali did do the fashion show, but I don't see a lug bag show on the schedule. If you saw the food show with Julia and Rick at the 4pm hour, then you are fine. AT&T would not change the programming on the QVC website, they can't change the QVC website. Maybe you just clicked something else. It happens, not a biggie.

@Nonametoday - This will be my last reply since you don't seem truly open to help. But I'll still share details that clearly apply even if you don't believe they do.
1. I mentioned 8:42 a.m. Eastern Time because that is the timestamp on your original post. No matter what time zone you're in, the forum lists Eastern Time. If you were watching the main QVC channel at that time, the programming would have been live. If you were watching QVC2 at that time, the programming would have been a previous recording.
2. An Internet provider, whichever one it is, can only show the content that QVC is streaming through the "Watch Now" link you click; they aren't going to take you to a different place on the web to show you something different. You can be sure that if you click that "Watch Now" link on the homepage, you are seeing live presentations (I've never seen that link available during the few hours of reruns overnight).
3. You may have experienced a coincidence in seeing a live presentation of an item when you clicked to watch online and seeing a previously recorded presentation of the item on TV at the same time with different hosts; QVC shows multiple presentations of the TSV, top sale items, and special deals throughout the day (both online and on TV).
4. If you click "Meet Our Hosts" at the bottom of any page on the QVC website, you'll find pictures of all the hosts and can potentially determine who it was you saw but didn't recognize.

OK. I give up. I don't see that person on "meet our hosts." It was probably a recorded advertisement with a vendor and Lug. I have never had anything happen like this before. Recorded programs on TV would be the same recorded programs on the internet. Thank you. I am going to refer this to my internet provider and see if they have an explanation. I have done this over 20 years, since 1998 and I have never had anything happen like this before.

QVC was not providing live programming on the internet in 1998. They just started their website in 1996.
I think live programming shopping on the internet started in the late 2010s.
I can assure you AT&T is not changing the content of the QVC website.

Don't see how it could possibly be an ISP. They don't control others' websites.
