Has anyone noticed that if you purchased something from QVC these days that they are not even getting the product out of the warehouses in an expedient time?  I ordered many Lug items two weekends ago and have been looking for them.   On my "Order Status",  they have not even shipped yet and they were not listed as Advanced Order when purchasing.

Called customer service and they said that many items are now being Vendor shipped rather than from the QVC warehouse.  It is extremely disappointing to see the arrival dates now taking up to nearly 3 weeks.  When these were originally ordered, the shipping was 7-10 days max and I ususally have gotten them sooner in the past.  QVC has got to get item's out faster.  It is getting ridiculous.

@Hoping for the best    I never bought anything Lug.  Sounds to me as if a good part of your problem is them.

I wouldn't know QVC had any delivery problems at all if I didn't read the Forums.   I have been fortunate to receive all my orders with a one week's time whether they came from a QVC warehouse or directly from my vendor source.

These forums are filled with complaints about people receiving their Lug bags late.  These are shipped directly from the vendor so it isn't a QVC shipping issue rather a Lug's.

Lug has the problem with timely shipping.

In a word, yes!  It wasn't Lug, but two small cosmetic items. They sat for several weeks without any movement.  Contacted customer service and they promised that it would start moving.  It didn't.

Strange thing though.  I was able to cancel the order after all that time!  I did.  End of ordering from the Q.  Something's really wrong there.

@SueyMsB The hosts should let customers know that shipping will be provided through the vendor... It also has no mention on line of that fact when ordering.   You are buying from QVC and not the vendor so QVC needs to inform the public, as it the customer who is paying for the shipping.

Your complaint is very frequent here.

I'm having my own problems with long processing times again and not being able to cancel

My Dennis Basso order should be in one of QVC's warehouses when it was initially sold in December.  Those who purchased it then received theirs.  There was no indication this ever sold out, low inventory, or backordered.

@Hoping for the best , I agree with you.  Not a word is mentioned and how is the buyer to know that it'll ship directly from the vendor.  We are purchasing it from QVC, not the vendor, so IMO, the responsibility lays on QVC.

And if it's the vendor, how does one who ordered contact that vendor to find out what's going on?  We can't.

Vendors have always shipped many items and LUG is one of them.  Unfortunately they seem to be disorganized and have a sloppy operation.  There isn't anything QVC can do about it as LUG has the merchandise.

With most companies, vendor shipped item arrive very fast as they have  their act together.

@HisElk1    Yes, you can.  Maybe if y'all started calling, things would get shipped.
