what is going on with Customer Service

I ordered 2 WEN cond on 5/8 they both shipped 5/11 only one arraived on 5/13   the other still not here as of 5/28 thats 15 days since I got the other one so I am assuming its lost but I can not get ahold of anyone over phone or chat or email for that matter to find out what will be done if I dont ever get it do I get a refund or will you ship another please call or email me and let me know thansk

There's a red label on top of the QVC window that says very clearly:

 

We're working hard to satisfy ship orders, which can cause delays.

I so agree!  I actually sent an email regarding a food order that was inedible.  While I did receive an acknowledgement, at least ten days passed and no follow up from CS or resolution.  Sooo, I sent another and received a canned response that they're busy and will get to it.  In this day and age, why can't they have a full staff working from home in the CS department?  SMH.

SAFELY ship orders....not satisfy......

my order shipped in two boxes but only one box arrived at my house 15 days ago the other is stuck or lost somewhere between arriving in West Columbia with the other package on 5/11  and my house but never made it now 20 days since it shipped from QVC and still nothing and no one at QVC to talk to doesnt help

Send an email to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and fully explain; you need to provide order#, even cut and paste the order from your order list.  I had same problem with 3 different items that were stuck at the UPS warehouse. I sent an email regarding each. There is a period of time needed to wait to see if item is lost or eventually moves; if it passes or has passed the time SocTeam indicates and you have not received, your order will be replaced or refunded.

@Jessica0223   I am so sorry the 2nd WEN order was never received, it looks as if it is lost, we have issued a replacement.

There is no such thing as "customer service" these days.  Today I received a box that must weigh 30 pounds.  The Fedwx guy dropped it in the lobby and left.  I had to get a strange man to carry it up for me. 

 

This item is one that I ordered and then decided to cancel.  Four days after trying to csncel I got a shipping notice.  a week later this box arrived.  I was planning on returning it so I took out the packing slip to get the return label...No label! Instructionss to call :custoner service".  The automated system tells me "we don't care enough about our customers to let you talk to a live person"  Please use automated service.  Ther is nothing on automated service that will give me return instructions! 

 

At this point I am so annoued with QVC that I don't think I will ever buy anything again!  Even the items that I really like,.  I am stuck with an item that is expensive and I don't want it!
