trying to get a return label

[ Edited ]

Hi

I am trying to do an exchange as I have a defective item.  I did the returns through the easy return process requesting an exchange.  I am trying to send the item back and I have no return label to use.  The label in the box and on the website looks like the enclosed picture.  When I call customer service to have them send me a return label I get the same label.  They even tried mailing me a label and when I opened the letter it was this same label.  It has no bar codes, no address, nothing.

When I go to my account and try print a return label this same thing keeps printing.  I am in some sort of twilight zone loop!!

How do I return this defective item and not get charged for shipping?

I have called customer service twice and nobody seems to be able to help

Thank You

Karry

Re: trying to get a return label

Go to the forum…I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP…it’s below this one, at the moment, and read my Long Post of how I got EXCHANGES ACCOMPLISHED (3) since this July 2022. The first 2 exchanges/returns were because I was sent the wrong items to begin with. AND, a customer service rep should be able to do a return, ON THEIR COMPUTER, for you to not be charged any return-shipping fees. AND they can tell you your item #, your Order #, etc. in case you have to write a packing slip yourself (for the inside of the return box). I’ve had them tell me Exactly what to write on that slip. BUT, just call Customer Service until you get a CS Rep that is familiar with your problem and can solve it for you. I have found that they are not all trained the same and all do not know what to do! But please read my long post because it’s eye opening. It was to me when I had a CSRep actually KNOW what to do!! And I’ve had to get other CSReps to figure out what I’m talking about AND figure out how to process my exchange/return on their end! One CSRep acted like they did it BUT DIDN’T and the 3rd time exchange, the CSRep put me on hold and had it done correctly-like my first Exchange/Return through a CSRep. Hope it helps!! It’s very frustrating!!

THe same thing happened to me. I recieved a wrong size pants. They both mailed and e-mailed me the return ticket and it looks like yours. Have you resolved the issue?
