tried to get a refund

I sent an email about a refund to QVC , but they say they are busy so dont know when they will be in touch  again . Telephones busy too .

Can anybody in customer care assist please ?

I have processed the refund of the total price of the salmon to the original payment method. Current processing time for refunds is 3 to 5 business days.
