Just chatted with CS and they fixed my problem in a few minutes--they adjusted a price on my order and refunded me--fast and efficient and I do appreciate it!

I had the same experience the other day.  Solved the issue in an efficient manor.  I dealt with a very knowledeable person, and I could tell at the start of the conversation it was going to be a great experience.  Not like last month.  Talked with three different people and each person made it more confusing that the one before.
