OMG, this is absolutely ridiculous.

They disabled Wish List on free shipping day!

Good grief.

I WOULD shop off of my Wish List if I could SEE it!!

We're sorry, but you're screwed again. I'm the new CEO so welcome in to constant online ordering failures, no return shipping labels (sorry but that's your problem), you're going to need to wait for a refund (even though we made a mistake), your QCard might work (maybe not), you can't see your Wish List on fake "Free Shipping" days because we need to increase all of the prices by $5.50 (nothing is truthfully free here). Oh, let's not forget we're starting Christmas in June..get your closets ready from last year's left overs (Happy Holiday's)...

Once again, QVC is "saving me money," BIG TIME!!

Again, my "Saved items" list has DISAPPEARED,

... & my "WISH LIST" continually reads "UNAVAILABLE."

QVC's "'IT Dept' 'Purchase Prevention Team'" is hard at work.. once again...

. . . . . . . . ( and )

And, 80% of my long list of A/D items have continued to be listed as "BACKORDER,"

... then, 95% of those downgraded to QVC "CANCEL."

(hmmm.. I wonder what HSN, Amz, & other online sellers are doing today... )

Especially on free shipping days, these two tips may make things easier for those who encounter errors:

• If ITKWD is on, wait until it is over if you can; the amount of people
shopping during that show is enormous and drops off again when it ends.

• This site is buggy on its best days—try clicking the wish list or cart links a
second or third time if needed (don't just refresh the page since that usually
just reinforces the error), and/or try a different browser.

And yes, I realize the problem is almost always on the QVC side, but it has become clear over the years that we're the ones who have to apply the solutions if we want to find success. Happy shopping to all!
