On many occasions I have been receiving packages with no receipt inside in case of a return.  To add to this when a product is shipped with the3 part label on the outside of the box there is no label to peel off.  This requires having to go in and print out a return label.  NOT ALL PEOPLE HAVE A PRINTER AND THIS SHOULD BE NOTED.

@Sarge1    I have the same complaint.  My last 2 orders came with no paperwork.  I don't have a printer either so this is a problem.  I am reconsidering placing future orders.

@Sarge1  You make a good point. I, too, have received many packages without invoices OR return shipping labels and it is frustrating. Luckily I have a printer, but for those who don't have one this is a real inconvenience. I'm not sure, but it may be that QVC will mail you one if you contact them. Its just another sign of the disorganization that seems to have overtaken the company. I hope they find their way back to the wonderful service they used to provide.

Yes, they will absolutely mail you one. I have a printer, but once couldn't get the invoice to print for some reason.

 

I agree it could be an inconveniece but only if you have to return the item.

 

If you are keeping it, not an issue.

 

 

 

I have never received an invoice or packing slip from Amazon.

 

Most of my Walmart orders do not have one in the box either.

 

My only 'receipt' is my emailed confirmation of my order.

 

It isn't only QVC.

 

Sending from third party vendors could be a reason or just cost savings.

 

I do wish all my orders had one but it isn't going to stop me from getting something I want/need.

Same here! I just had that happen. Is it they're saving on paper? Or they're discouraging returns? I had to go online and print the receipt out as well as the label. That shouldn't happen.

This has to be an isolated issue, maybe associated to a certain warehouse(s), because I read a lot of posts about this, yet I've ordered at least 10 items of all types in the last month and had an invoice in every order.

 

I do understand the frustration to those who don't get one, though.

 

I'm just wondering why this is happening on a random basis, although it's still QVC's problem to fix.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
