I returned shoes (Skechers #A375399) as defective.
The right shoe is 1/2 larger than the left. I noted on return for full refund of shipping/return fees.
This return was taken to USPS on 5/26. I checked tracking status -- this return shows it has not been picked up by your shipper.
Of course, I'm being charged a ez pays for a item no longer in my possession. Can you please check to see if this return has been received & tracking info not accurate.
I also have 2 other returns in "limbo".

Also, I had a pair of Tan Earth Origins which I had received option to cancel or have "delayed" shipping. They were delivered Saturday although I requested "cancel".
How should I handle this?

I have refunded $28.72 to your Visa for the Skechers.
As for the Earth Originas that you tried to cancel - you may return this item for a full refund and we’ll also waive the return shipping fee. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the enclosed pack slip, indicating "Received Different Item Than Ordered", and use our Q Return Label. I apologize for any inconvenience.
