I received this email which although some may say it's cute to be called "Babe" I find it inappropriate for QVC to address a customer this way.
I had bought a home decor item and this email was showing me other home selections.
I posted in Forums under QTalk and have gotten many "negative" or "opinions" concerning the verbiage.
Was this email generated by QVC? If so, very poor way to address a customer!!
I cannot post my personal info but I'm sure you have a way to retrieve. Here is the email:

I'm sorry, I have never seen an email signed that way from us. Please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with the information you recieved. We will take a look for you.

What's the email address it came from?

See posted screen shot -- the email comes from Q QVC as many others I receive on a daily basis.
No other recipients were listed came from mailing list from QVC🤷♀️

@homedecor1 Do as Melvin instructed. "Forward" them the email you received. Make sure you Forward to the social team addy. He may be able to trace it back to whoever sent it to you.

My only suggestion would be to forward us what you have/received so we can take a closer look.

I think that the social needs the email address to show where it came from, the address that is blacked out in this post, which is the correct thing to do in this forum. Try sending them via your private email, so Qvc social team can see your email in entirety, without all of us posters seeing your personal information.
