How long before I know "attempting to cancel" was successful or not? I don't care if it fails, my bad, just wish I would know asap. Seems it would take just a minute or two! :-)

Funny I came here to ask the exact same question.

When i cancelled my order it was on waitlist..........

Now it is claiming to be "In The Process" !

Whats up with that???

IMO...That is some sort of trick  by QVC,so as NOT to cancel the order!!

I am annoyed!

Best to call Customer Svce or email them.

I first tried to edit my order and I kept getting "item is sold out" - NOT true. So I tried to cancel and reorder what I want. Now I'm in "attempting to cancel" limbo! Geesh!

I'll never understand why people that want an immediate answer can't pick up a phone and call.

I did, call and email, both said I had to wait until "attempt was completed"...? Seems an easy thing that shouldn't take days!

I feel the same way. So many posters here look to us for their answers. Just call or write an email directly to the source!!

I understand the wish to find out now as the bank or card company is holding that money out for the order to go through.  Especially if you use a debit card.  But, when I have asked for something to be cancelled previously and I get that statement, it always turns out that the item gets delivered anyway.
