problem with auto delivery site on my acct.

I have had this problem for so long. When i want to get into my acct auto deliverys I have to keep clicking on it or it times out and I cannot get in. Then when I am finally in and I do whatever it is I needed to do on any specfic item,when I click to get back  it takes me to my orders and not back to a/d section I was working in.It is very time consuming to have to menuver my way around my a/d section .Please fix it.

I will forward this issue to our IT department to see if there is a fix for it or if a better method can be put in place.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I have been having this problem for the past 2 years!!! I keep calling CS and nothing gets fixed.  Every time I go into Auto Delivery, I also have to click several times. If I am lucky I get in for the first page and then it kicks me out.  Most of the time I cannot open it as it says cannot access at this time.  I have to constantly call CS to see when my AD is going out, how many I have left, etc.  It is a royal pain and constant aggravation.
