I have been a customer of QVC for 13+  years and I can tell you from personal experience, that they have the BEST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

@Bubbles219, I totally agree. Cust service reps do their very best to help cust. They do the best they can for cust. Remember. they work for the Q. The Q sets the policy which the cust service reps have to follow. I have been very fortunate with all the reps. Esp. Wayne, Susan, Melvin and many others. Treat others the way you wish to be treated.

No, Miss @Group 5 minus 1, that is not the first rule of good customer service.  Most people in CS jobs do their best to resolve issues for the customer.  However, most of them probably also have experiences with rude, abusive customers.
