Well now my refund seems to be lost in limbo.....Can you get my refund posted to my account? Since Dec 18 to 20th I have been promised a refund that has not showed up yet ,it is now Dec 23rd.
I have sent you an email in regards to your refund.

Thank you for your help, Barbara.
It is not there yet , as of this morning (24) but I will keep checking.
I will not go into detail but on other time a refund never showed up for an item that was lost and I let it go because I did not want to hassel with CS (phone) that was very rude to me..
well it is now DEC 27 & NO GD REFUND!!!!! needless to say I am pissed off!!!!!

I placed an order for the Fitbit on 12/20 they said it was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It now 12/24 @1:31 it still shows it never moved from UPS on 12/21. I called CS last night and they stated they didn't know what to say. I just called CS again and your closed for the holiday. My question is what is your guarantee?
Any help I would be grateful

I also want to know what is the guarantee. I ordered the Today's Special Value on the 21st and it never shipped out from QVC according to UPS. You marked it as shipped but did not ship it per UPS. Now it's Christmas eve and we are without a present. Even your own tracking info shows it never left QVC.

I finally requested a refund from Amazon. The seller contacted me and offered to resend me the product free of charge. They had no idea I never got it.

QVC seems to send a lot of worthless e-mails. I have recently gotten quite a few of them.
The Q has had my money since DEC 10 ,it is now DEC 26 and I have yet to see a refund appear in my ACCOUNT
I do not want an e-mail saying ,I can "expect" a refund I want to see that refund appear on my account.
In an age of instant everything,why is it taking QVC so long to catch up with the world????
There is something very wrong with this money hungry company!!
I am one unhappy customer!!

I have an order from Cheryl's sitting somewhere in Philadelphia since December 7. And this already was a replacement for an order that did not get here in time for when I needed it.
The order made it from Ohio to Philadelphia in less than 2 days, but then has just been sitting there. And this was way before the Christmas rush.
