my package has been sitting in limbo in my post office since dec 13 and I cannot contact my local PO. as they do not give out local tele # and the main PO number I call has no info on the tracking # I gave them
Please help get it delivered to me...Thank you

This recently happened to me from another vendor. I called the post office and they found my package. It sat there almost a week. There was a delay in shipping it, so I wasn't tracking it. When it came, there was a hole in the plastic bag. The contents were fine. Someone must has set it aside and everyone else ignored it. I gave them the FedEx tracking number where it showed delivering it to them. They gave me a hard time saying they couldn't use that number, but they did.

I have tried that but cannot get to my PO (don't drive and cannot walk) and I get a national PO phone number

I didn't go there in person. I googled phone number for post office and it came up. If that didn't work, I would have gone there in person. The vendor should be the one doing the checking though. Hope they find it.

Sometimes purchases "fall off the back of the truck." I had an expensive item mailed to me via UPS from another vendor. The packaged scanned into the USPS distribution center and that's the last anyone has any record of it. I called the local post office, UPS and the vendor.
Long story short, the package never arrives, the Vendor filed a claim, I have to sign a form that I never received the item and be issued a refund. In the meantime, the vendor reordered the item and sent it out overnight at their cost.
You really have to be diligent, follow through and be your own advocate.

I ordered my daughter in law pajamas from QVC for Xmas. They were shipped Dec. 10 and the tracking says they never reached UPS facility. In limbo. I had to try to find something else for her. ??????? Very frustrating.
