I wish Q would do exchanges like HSN. You can go into your account order hit exchange pick the color/size you want, hit enter and you get the exchange item within a few days. You have I think 3 weeks to return the orginal or you will be charged for the exchanged item. It is so much easier process than here.

I sent an item back using their return label I received in my package. I emailed easy returns and received a response within two weeks. I used online chat when I returned my product three days later. They issued a refund and I got it 7days later. I got a response from easy returns after I had received my refund. I was not impressed with their easy returns.

IMHO, use online chat and it will happen quicker.

Wow! I finally called to check on a return sent back early in March. A quite rude C.S. rep had trouble finding my order & finally told me it was taken care of & would show up in 2 to 3 weeks! What???! Really going down hill Q 😫

I am having the same issue. My return was received in the warehouse on 3/20 and I still do not have a refund credited to my account. Like you, if I don't call I don't get the refund. QVC is slacking!

I have returns that hsve not been processed for a month! They did process one but it was marked exchange not return. Apparently most of the people layed off were in the return department! Done with them as soon as bill is paid off

Email what you are returning to qvceasyreturns.com. You get your refund in days, even before you even actually return it.

Email qvceasyreturns.com with what you are returning. You get your refund in a few days. No need to wait for them to get it.

In comparison, I just returned a garment to another company, and it was received a few days later, acknowledged by the vendor, and refunded almost immediately. It can be done!
