over 2 weeks to process return

I had to call in today to check on 7 returns that were received in the QVC warehouse over 2 weeks ago.  if I hadnt called and received acknowlegement this way who knows how long I would have been waiting.  This seems to be the only way I get my returns processed.  Completely Unacceptable QVC

QVC EASY RETURNS system.....use it.

i received a refund in about 8 days, even before i sent the package back.

it works well for me and i have email confirmations.

when i eventually do send the package back i have a copy of the return receipt also.

I also send an email to QVC easy returns and get an answer back within a few days.  They also refund me at that time as well.

@baglady9 @try using easy returns.  They process refunds right away

@baglady9  Agree with previous posters.  If you're just sending the items back without prior notification to QVC, it will take longer.  The 2 items that I sent back recently were quickly acknowledged and refunded using their "easy returns" system.

I used Easy Returns last week. I received my refund within two days of notifying QVC through email.

Re: over 2 weeks to process return

I don't understand the necessity for doing an "easy return."  When I return an item I always do it online.  So QVC is getting all the info that I would be emailing to them by doing the easy return.  They send me an email saying that the return is on its way to them and again after they receive it.  I have two items returned that they received over two weeks ago.  Refund time is outrageous.

Re: over 2 weeks to process return

I use the START RETURN process under the view screen to ship returns.  You can follow the instructions there.  Then take the package to USPS (always get a receipt from them).  This way QVC as visibility that USPS  took receipt of the package.  Within days, not weeks, I get an email informing me I will get a refund and the amount.  What is important is that you must use the return label that they ask you to print out, NOT the return label that came in your package (that is no longer good).    This way QVC has access to what is being returned.

You might notice that under order status that your return doesn't show the words RETURNED.  It will show that once return is received by QVC.  Keep in mind that QVC HIRES THIRD PARTY agents to actually pick up returns at the USPS location.  That agent for whatever reason, decides when they will pick up items.  I have had packages actually sit at the USPS location for a month!  USPS told me they don't pick up on a regular basis, might be because they have too many stops or their trucks are full.

UPS is much faster than USPS when doing a return.  I appreciate that QVC is now giving a choice.  But when it gets to the Q the whole process slows down.  Worse than ever.

Re: over 2 weeks to process return

Having to pay to ship a return and then having to wait weeks to get a refund is extremely archaic in our world today and is one reason why QVC probably won't survive.  There are times I'm tempted to order something but if I'm not sure about the style I won't because of the return process.

QVC should partner with a brick and mortar store to do free returns like Amazon does with Kohl's.
