I finally got to talk to someone on 7/6 and was told corporate would be contacting me with in 3-4 days.  Well today was the 10th still no contact.  I really do want what I ordered but this is ridiculous!!!!!  I'm sure that other stuff is getting sent bc if it wasn't you wouldn't be stil trying to sell stuff on TV.  Everyone else I have ordered from doesn't have this kind of wait for delivery.  This will probably be my last order from you due to such terrible service.  No emails. auto replies on messenger and when you try to call the only thing you can do is order bc customer service is unavailable and refers you to trying to reslove online.  Just keep getting the run around.

@Anita W  Same here, ordered on 6/14 was shipped but where is it? Never had this problem with the Q. Other vendors including HSN are shipping right out.

I ordered something at the end of May.  Not here YET and I tracked it. It has been hanging out at my post office since July 7.  Today is the 11th.  It was a handoff UPS to USPS.  Lately one blames the other for the problem.  No fun.  QVC told me after it took a day to get them on the phone with a live person that if I don't get it in a week they will refund  my money.

I ordered two H by Halston tops on June 25. Since July 1st they've been held hostage in Avenel, NJ. I posted a review, though obviously I havn't received the tops, asking if I need to post bail in order for them to move on. Here it is, 16 days after placing the order and the tops haven't budged and inch from their holding cell. I had the same problem with a pair of Laurie Felt jeans that I finally received one day short of an entire month after my order was placed.  Set The Captives Free!  Please iopen the prison doors and allow our purchases to come to their new home. They've paid their debt to society. It's time they're allowed to climb out of their packages and experience the sweet smell of FREEDOM!!! : )

One of my packages is still at my main post office since 7/2.  I can't get through to anyone by phone so I am printing my tracking and going there today to see if I can get it.

Wow, same problem here. Ordered 6/23. Shipped 6/25. Sitting at a USPS facility near me since 7/3. But I can't get it. I have to wait for it to be "delivered". Supposedly there are pallets full of packages sitting there.

IMHO USPS bit off more than it can chew. They want the package business but aren't capable of delivering. And their employees complain there are too many packages for them to handle. I've talked to them at my local post office 😟

QVC and UPS should rethink the deal they made with USPS. The poor service reflects badly on all of them.

To those blaming the usps and ups - I'm pretty sure mine hasn't even shipped yet and I have not been charged on my card yet.  I have ordered stuff from several other companies and have had no problem.  One of them actually got shipped to my old address by mistake and sent back to the company.  I have called them and they said I should receive my pkg in about a week. My QVC pkg doesn't even show it has shipped yet.  Still in process, so I'm pretty sure the issue with mine isnt  the shipper.  It just blows my mind why you can't get a timely response from QVC and they keep diverting your inquires from place to place.

I recommend waiting about 3 weeks after you think the item is lost if you can wait that long.  I have a tangled mess since I contacted cs about a missing package.  Now I finally have the original delivered but another full charge for a replacement item I don't want, didn't order, and haven't received.  It's like a loop you can't get out of, round and round.  This is my last purchase from qvc for 2020.

I went to the main post office this morning to see if I could pick up my package.  It took him awhile and came back and said he see's what I see but they don't have my package.  That UPS innovations automatically says it is showing acceptance somewhere but the post office doesn't have it yet that UPS still has it and hasnt gotten to it yet.  I still don't understand why this happens only with QVC.  When I order HSN it never goes through this bs.

After 23 years and a ton of money gone i feel the same way about this being my last purchase from QVC..they have lousy to no customer service and are having a hard time getting packages out and getting them delivered...seriously aren't they a mail order company??? A mail order company that can't get packages out ...wow! Its been going on for a long time too...way before there was a Covid19...very disturbing since i have enjoyed QVC for so many years but they have truly taken the fun out with this new attitude...
