order still in process question

I placed an order for the TSV on September 13 for the Cooks Essentials lightweight cast iron pan.  (2 actually).  One of them is out for delivery for today.  One of them shows "in process".  Today is the 21st.  Why is one being delivered today (great) and one after 8 days is still in process....and they were ordered the same day and the same item???
