I have not received gift bag from bwb order #

 

Ordered on: 05/16/2023 could you please tell me if I am going to so I will know if it is comming or not. I ordered the campanelli makeup removing towels. Thank you

I also didn't receive one and I ordered in the morning. If they can't rectify this situation they will lose me as a customer.
