Please check this item, specifically the chest measurements.  The info indicates that the garment is folded and measurements seem huge to me.  Maybe the measurements were not taken when folded.  thanks

Hi @Mom2Dogs the measurements I am seeing do not look like the measurements when the garmet is folded. I checked other size charts for the coat and they are the same.

@Mom2Dogs   Puffy, quilted jackets often appear to run large because they're thick and bulky.  For what it is, they seem about right to me.

@Kachina624 ..I guess I don't buy coats from QVC and don't know what the chest measurement should be....I would need to order an extra small in this jacket.  I'll probably pass....I don't like to send back, it's to expensive.
