mod/customer service: help please

ordered a second Barefoot Dreams Beach poncho Nov 21 with estimated delivery for Nov 29. it is still sitting 'in process'. 

 

on the same day, I ordered the XXL Sunbeam heating pad; it arrived 2 days ago. 

 

can someone kindly get my poncho order SHIPPED.

Hi @knittykitty I checked the order and it was loaded on the truck today. Once it hits the first hub and is scanned you will be able to track the order.

QVC Mods, your help is greatly appreciated:

 

I ordered the Primula TSV today for a gift, first in Pastel, then a separate order in Metallic.  Upon further inspection, I tried to cancel both orders within minutes of ordering -- minutes

 

The metallic set was successfully cancelled, but the pastel set will not allow cancellation.  The customer order rep as well as a customer service rep both tried unsuccessfully.  They got the same result I did -- first the screen stated "Cancelled," then the screen quickly flickers and it changes to say "unable to cancel."  This happened for the QVC reps as well.  Can you please help?  I need all Primula orders cancelled.
